What is your return policy?

I gladly accept returns and exchanges

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Dispatch items back within: 30 days of delivery

I don't accept cancellations

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders

  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)

  • Digital downloads

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Care instructions

Candles should burn for two to three hours at a time to prevent tunnelling (especially the first time the candle is burned)

Tunnelling meaning that the wick ends up in a small tunnel of wax which engulfs the wick and makes it difficult to light. If this happens, scoop some of the wax away from around the wick and light again, burn for at least two to three hours to even out the wax again.

Never burn the candle to the end of the container. Always leave approximately 1cm of wax at the bottom.

The candle should be placed on a fire proof surface away from curtains and drafts.

Room sprays should never be sprayed near or onto faces or skin. Spray away from soft furnishings and away from naked flames or hear sources.


When will my order be sent?

All orders ordered before 2pm will be sent out the same day, after 2pm will be sent the next day. All orders are sent First Class Royal Mail 1-2 working days lead time.

How much is postage?

Postage is free for domestic orders within the UK.

Sizing details

Candles come in 140g and 400g amber apothecary jars with aluminium recyclable lids. (We’re currently using black plastic lids and phasing them out).
They burn for approximately 40-60 hours (140g) & 80-100 hours (400g) when burned correctly. (See candle care)

Room sprays come in a 50ml amber glass spritzer bottle. We’ll be switching to 100ml in the future and discontinuing the 50ml size.

Do your products contain synthetic chemicals or fragrances?

Our products contain no synthetic fragrances or ‘natural’ fragrances that imitate essential oils.

Our products are made with pure essential oils only. Some essential oils can be irritating to people with allergies and trigger allergies. Please avoid purchasing candles containing oils that are known to trigger your allergies.

Do you make custom made candles

At present we don’t offer commissions for custom made candles.
We make small batches and have limited space to make large batches but are willing to discuss small custom orders for wedding ceremonies. Please contact us for details.


Are your products CLP compliant?

As of September 2020 we are fully CLP compliant which means that all allergy and safety information will be on each product.
As a uk producer of candles, melts & sprays these are required by law.
